Here's the thing. I don't check every thread every day, in fact I have a very small subset of threads that I visit on a daily basis and generally that's it. If people don't report stuff, we don't see it (unless we view the thread).

Nothing I can do about it, sorry. When you're AMOD and you get RRPed, it removes the AMOD usergroup (or whatever the fuck) but it doesn't revert afterwards, LOL.
No idea if anyone did anything about it (like at least removing the content, warnings given), and I hate to roll out the "you gotta report that shit" company line, but ?\_(?)_/?

I could see punishing such language of this was a board for model airplanes and visited by kids, but it's not. We're all supposed to be adults here and if one word causes you to endure such pain, especially when said in just in the NSFW section, you belong in a padded room.

Almost no Mods wanted to start handing out infractions for it in the beginning. I brought it up in like 2013 and pretty much every other Mod told me I was overreacting and to let it go. It was the people trying to see what they could get away with and pushing the limits, playing games of brinksmanship with the Mods (blackface/racist avatars, borderline racist trolling, etc) that pushed the Mods in general to say "fuck it" and adopt a zero tolerance policy.
I guarantee you that there are Mods right now that think the policy is retarded, yet, also know that if they reversed that policy the shitposters would go apeshit again and bury large portions of threads under racist trolling posts.
