I was attacked and defended myself. Nothing salty or aggressive about it.

Actually there is a distinction there. If you say something and a guy doesn't hear you, you might very well yell at him to pay fucking attention.

That is totally different from knowing someone is deaf and mocking him.


One is an honest mistake, albeit being a buffoon. The other being a malicious asshole. I might be able to talk myself into voting for the former, not the latter. So the distinction is important to me.
