The journey from the Raya Lucaria courtyard, across the rooftops, finding ledges to jump from, down ladders, and wrapping around to find the shortcut back and/or the next bonfire was some true Legacy dungeon shit. That was awesome and nerve wracking.
Still rocking the Angel and Exile gear at level 50 lol, just haven't changed to anything or found anything to keep my weight down since everything is going in to Faith.

The weird thing is that's all optional. Had me stumped for where to go for quite awhile, since I didn't notice the final path immediately.

Was in some hallway in the magic academy and summoned a few thinking there maybe a boss battle ahead. Turns out it was some pvp place of sort and help kept coming in to kill just this one guy for 30mins. Dont know whats the trigger but damn was it stressful enough.

This game is fantastic. Once they patch performance it will be 10/10. I've had a few crashes here an there, mostly low to medium settings on a i5-4690k & 5600XT but it still looks great.

So last night I am jumping all over the Academy rooftops and gathering things - jumping down and getting my ass kicked in by the guy at the end of the hall before what I think would either be the shortcut door or a possible bonfire. He kept taking out this fucking crossbow on my ass firing flame bolts like an Uzi. Finally I said screw this - lets try moving up and taking on that knight after the large ball rolls down the pathway to the right. Get to the large room and after a few attempts got my ass kicked there as well. (Had him down to 10% once).
So, let's troll the shit out of this.
Try sneaking, he sees me anyway trying to get behind him to take the lift to the boss area (Queen). I run around to the left exit in the room and killed some trash there - and the knight comes flying in. I hightail it to the lift - he makes it ON the lift with me.... Fuck. I am trying to fight him Tron style and roll out and off the lift - and somehow, landed with 1% health on a ledge that was BARELY jutting out (This was luckier than shit by the way) healed up, and went back to the large area - the Knight is up in the area before opening the door to the queen.
So I am all.... "Well shit".... He's up there.... Waiting for my sorry ass. Sitting on the platform waiting for me to call it down. I figured welp, that was close at least and call down the lift.
Not sure if he was looking up there for me or not, but I called the lift back down with the lever... He isn't on the lift. "Ok yeah he's up there waiting to kick my ass"...
On the way up, I get the souls and a shield he drops and he's a goner.
I am still not sure what happened here but I do not care - the bastard is gone, I go into the boss area and wipe that boss fairly easily compared to Godrick.

Lol that’s what my guy looks like, but switches back and forth between uchigatana and meteor staff. Doing a hybrid build with enough str/dex to be able to clear trash with melee and break out the spells for the bosses and harder mobs. Seems to work well enough so far, but really need more FP. Is there anything around that adds regen of any kind for it?
Also need to find a sword that scales with int better than the uchi nodded to add some magic damage and int scaling
