Crazy part is I'm sure someone will do it, no doubt.Naw, the only challenge worth considering: melee only, lvl 1, no flasks, no maiden, no torrent, all bosses, unarmed.
Anything less than that is just diluting the true Elden ring experience.
I remember when like 4 goddamn years later someone found a new chalice dungeon boss in Bloodborne. These devs are just sadists
It factors in your level, the level your weapon is upgraded to and whether or not it's unique.Does anyone know how multiplayer scaling works? Is it only based on the number of players, or does it factor in everyone's level too?
How do invasions work? I got invaded for the first time and actually almost killed the guy he got lucky. But then I went back to get my runes and he invaded me again.
And again. and again. But only if I went back to that same area on the map? He seemed much more powerful than me has had this mace that created a lava explosion that hits like a truck. It was kind of fun as I love pvp, but it wasnt fun when it just kept happening over and over and forced me to not go back to that spot of the map.
I think the endgame is balanced toward stacking self buffe for str builds. All the vids i see with it have a multi buff process before doing huge dmg.STR/FAI is falling apart completely in the lategame. Mobs do too much damage to be able to trade with them and have too much poise to stagger with anything but colossal weapons. The entire middle section of like halbers/hammers/greatswords feels just awful against most of this - too slow to get in any damage between mob attack chains, not enough stagger to break their chains and get in damage that way.
They tend to like to run into your first hit, and then dodge afterwards. So I'll usually let them run in, hit, and then dodge back. Rinse and repeatOh wow. lol. Thats pretty cool. The AI was pretty damn good, it dodged every single thrown weapon and then timed their attacks to counter my own etc.
