Will that work? Looks like it is a global release time so I don't think the IP spoof will matter.

Still 97 with 44 reviews on MC. If that holds up it will be tied for the 6th highest rated of all time. And a few of the higher ones are kinda niche like Soul Caliber and Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2, along with one being listed twice for different platforms (GTA IV)

It will only work for Xbox master race. Console release is done by local time, and on Xbox it's as simple as changing your console's location to NZ tomorrow at 6AM EST. Region spoofing never works on PS5, and the PC release is global so VPN won't work.

couple tweets have said the PC version runs absolutely great with 40+ hours into the game, possibly preferable to PS5/xbox version. Digital Foundry will release their analysis video after day 1 patch is released, hopefully that happens soon so we can see how the console versions work out frame rate and input wise. I'd expect it to end up fine even if it needs maybe a minor patch or two.

While I'm tempted to preorder digital on PS5 i'm buying the PS4 physical version at best buy, (1) you get a cool steelbook (2) the PS4 version, unpatched, will be nice to have since any console mods, in game cheats, etc will work off an unpatched version which you can only keep with a physical disc. Whenever I get my steam deck I'll double dip on steam

edit: apparently day 1 patch just released so we should see performance analysis videos tomorrow at the latest.

Looking forward to the day where I give it to my best friends oldest kid. He's not too great at games.

I didn't think I could get more hyped but these reviews have me more hyped. I really hope From never falters. This is helping me heal my disappointment in CDPR.

I think I'm gonna' cancel my PS5 preorder and get the PC version. As much as I want to play on my big OLED in my office, I'm compelled to go PC on these cross platform games.

EDIT: GMG still has it for sale at 50 bucks for Steam, just FYI.
