2 academy questions triggering my OCD....
i defeated renalla (respec lady) and there is a locked chest in her room. i have scoured the academy for hours... not sure if i missed a key or if it is unlocked through some other means?
also i originally found the key to unlock the academy next to the magic breath dragon in the lakes. found another one in some rafters above the academy. the item description seems exactly the same for both keys. why the hell would you need the key after already being inside? maybe a portal somewhere gets you in without unlocking the gate first? seems odd

you get the key for the chest from the Ranni quest line. You give the extra glintstone key to a guy at the 1st church after Stormveil castle"

Locked chest is for Ranni the Witch's quest, I think. I got the key to that quite a bit later after beating Renalla.
As for the other key, I think it's a dupe as well. Not sure why, though. Maybe there's another way into the academy other than getting key behind dragon?

Sorry I meant Great Spears. Anything is a thing but Great Spears can roll catch for days the poke stays out a long time and nice range. No idea where the meta will go but so far Katana and spear bleed builds seem to be strongest overall. Since everyone is running katanas though you just get comfy countering them.
I struggle with any aggressive dude and another just firing arrows. Can’t seem to beat that combo when I invade.
Fast bows are really hard to counter on their own. Rather fight three casters...

You don't need to go through all that trouble on a PS5. Just go to your settings and turn off auto-save right after you kill the last boss and touch the last site of grace. Reload for each of the endings you want, then turn auto-save back on after you get all 3 ending achievements.

They called this game Elden Ring for a reason. Older people can play it and neglect family. (Elden). We can play it forever (Ring) as the ring never stops.
So. How to solve? 100+ hours in each of the new Journeys 1-7. When you reach 7 - the DLC will be out.
Wife loves it because you won't buy any games.
Kids love it because they can get away with anything they want.
You love it because who the hell wouldn't.
