Ended up playing through this again + the DLC using the seamless coop mod on PC with my brother and have to say that it was absolute blast doing it. Not only going through the game again but doing so from start to finish with someone who has not touched the game at all before was just as fun an experience as when I first played through.

Anyone tried a double Great Stars build? Think I might do that instead of Blasphemous Blade. Never got back around to finishing Volcano Manor, but I got a Great Stars and know where to get a second one. Word on the street is that double Great Stars is ridiculous, even in the DLC.

Sure, works good, not great. For you. Jump attack build works. But does make your mimic tear into a monster. Stack them with lions claw and prayerful strikes and let your mimic solo everything.

Never beat Godskin Noble and haven't gotten back to playing in the past week or so. That big bastard had my number (after flying through everything up to that point). Still don't have a concrete build ironed-out, waffling between 2x Great Stars and Blasphemous Blade, might try Faith, I dunno...
What's a good build for the DLC specifically, since the DLC is the whole point of this third run at the game? Is Faith even particularly strong there?
