i feel like PVP will work based on player to player faction. If your deeds are polar opposite to another player's, perhaps you'll be KoS to each other and able to PVP.

KOS with guards doesn't necessarily mean you can attack and kill them though if powerful enough or had enough numbers , they could unfortunately make them the uber one shot variety of guards.

Hoping not , but they seem to not have an idea of where they are going to go with this side of things.

I think they may be doing too much in terms of novelty that it may affect the actual gameplay itself. It seems like they're focusing more on 'what would be cool' rather than 'what would work in a constant manner'. I hope the voxels idea was implemented efficiently rather than draining resources that could have been dedicated to, say, AA or "tiers". At end-game people will be working on building there characters up rather than enjoying the novelty of blowing up a bridge with goblins on it over and over.

That makes me happy to see. Because it then makes more sense as to why they have outsourced the EU part of EQ:N. Not in terms of them having plans to force different servers, but to allow easier billing in different currencies. Hope that is the reason, and that they always have had plans for shared servers similar to EQ.

They will CERTAINLY have multiple facial styles for the kerran. I'm guessing lion, tiger, panther/jaguar/leopard just like in EQ.

I agree. The real goal is going to be in making all these different systems work harmoniously. Imagine if during a Dragon boss fight, you could destroy the pillars in the cave, which would make chunks of rock fall from the ceiling. Now, this could hurt the boss - but it would also injure players if they don't move out of the way. Additionally, the rocks could perhaps provide cover from the Dragon's fire attack. BUT maybe the rocks could still be destroyed by the Warrior's Whirlwind, so it does matter what abilities you use and where you use them. So destruction really becomes an option where you have to weigh the pros and cons.

Obviously all very hypothetical, but there's a lot of potential.
