Right now I'm looking over every video about tiered classes to send a link to idiot redditors. I really hate reddit. I was at fricking SOE Live it was the common assumption by everyone that it's 5 tiers of content, 5 tiers of classes, 5 tiers of crafting.

Surely they don't mean something like the armory feature they implemented for EQ2 and left unsupported for months before they eventually dropped it.

The thread is back to "what if" and "wouldnt it be great if" like it was before SOE live, just now we have some direction for all this speculation. That's just fine imo because there are no new facts currently so if you want to talk about it at all, you either repeat the revealed facts or you speculate (and repeat speculation), or you skip the thread until at least PAX.

Although looking at it from the work computer shows less information, I could've sworn there was a recent activities timeline kinda like facebook. Or perhaps they removed that again. I do find the armory aspects of the PS2 players site interesting, hit percentages and total playtime per class/weapon and so on. So I would like the armory side of such a side, but not exactly the facebook stuff. I suppose I can just decide to not use those sections of it.

Naw, Omeed and Georgeson were kind enough to explain to us using very simple, slow, and easy to understand language, that we are all too stupid to fully comprehend what their EQN masterpiece is... So they are releasing information more slowly than Nagafen's bowel movements after he eats too many (uncursed) Ogres.

You haven't thought that out. Really, really out.
We're in an alternate timeline. The basics are that the Combine Empire is at war with the Ring of Scale, for centuries, has been kicked out of Amaril/Tunaria/Antonica/whatever, and are only coming back.
You learn about those two dragons, Nagafen and Vox, who are outcast and basically outlaws of the Ring of Scale, because they're in love and that's a no-no. Now what can you do? Take vengeance against two "weak" and isolated dragons? Or attempt to recruit them as allies against the Ring?
(Prismatic dragons? What are those prismatic dragons you speak of? I do expect a full series of RC leading to Nagafen/Vox recruitment by the Combine, betrayal, Sleeper stuff, etc. Nagafen is a big - in many senses of the term - enough character that just killing him is a waste. That's what bothered me all the time with those paintings, both the original and re-imagined: in it, Nagafen isn't a dragon confined in some lair, he looks like he's ALLIED with some of the players)

I did find Georgeson's conversation in the Italian interview(linked earlier) to be very off-putting. He either acted like the guy was a retard, or couldn't understand English very well(even though it was obviously not his first language). Comprehension and ability to speak are two very different things. Saying you think gamers are very intelligent while you are treating that guy like he might not be was disturbing.
