And for the record, I've been in the former position myself. I loathe the LOTR trilogy by Jackson because it is not absolutely faithful to the books while there are many people who accept it as a distinct creation. So I can understand that if someone loves the way EQ1 plays why they really only want EQ1 with better graphics.
EQ2 doesn't look that bad and Dragons Prophet wasn't made by SOE. They just published it. But I see your point. But clearly said he was in the know. I just want to know what he knows. That's all.
It was still hella fun for the first 29 levels. Then Bam! Wall.
He doesn't actually know anything. Just basing everything on past experiences with SoE and the performance of a bunch of game developers and nerds on a stage performing.
No doubt. I really enjoyed playing DCUO but I only got a whole week out of it before I just gave up on the game. The combat and character creator were really fun. The combat is what made me stick around.

No man crush at all. I just told him I would keep info confidential. Although I don't know if I was supposed to leak that Planetside 2 is their most profitable game since EQ. (It actually made more profit than EQ2 in less than a year than the entirety of EQ2 and all it's expansions and running subs)
