Haven't played on NL in a while, but thanks for taking the server over, Control. Sail stepped in at a tough time and offered stability that eventually brought the server a pretty healthy population. Really enjoyed my time there, it's good to see that it's being taken care of.

I am guessing you are running MQ2? It is a function of MQ that will make background EQ sessions drop frame rate.

There is a command you can run to stop that from happening as well.
Forget the exact one more something about drawing frames ahead, setting it to zero or 1 will fix it.

So, it appears that Plane of Earth A is bugged. 2nd time I've done all 4 ring events without the Arbiter spawning. I've also had the ring events spawn multiple boss mobs, not trigger at all, etc. I've literally been in PoEA for the better part of 2 weeks, off and on, trying to get this shit to work. At this point I'm so salty about the time wasted that I wouldn't even care if it gets "fixed".

EarthA gave a ton of problems when Maze (original dev) tried fixing it. After getting frustrated with multiple broken / double spawning scripts, he resolved it by simply making Arbiter a static spawn. But after the server nuked, it rolled back all of Maze's changes. During sirjames ownership of the server, I think Nisea would simply spawn Arbiter when it was needed for people.

Named outside of castle drop augs. Named inside castle (except D'vinn) drop loot that is low tier GoD stuff which is equal or worse than Time loot. D'vinn has CBQ quest loot which are mostly all upgrades. Lodestar is the best range slot and 2h weapon in game from him.
Overall, the named and trash have a ton of HP and have an ability every X seconds to summon 0, 1, or 2 adds. It's quite easy to get overrun with some bad luck double spawn adds. I wouldn't suggest them without at least 6 chars in nearly max gear and dps heavy. Worst part is, if you wipe, the adds remain where they were summoned. Seen a few dumb groups fight at zone in, then wipe to half a dozen summoned adds then have them sit and corpse camp the zone in.
