Missing a component to craft, it lets me select for it to be tagged for search. What does this do, as it didn't seem to change anything or show me anything? Also, how do I break down items for basic components? Sorry for the dumb questions.

Damn, that has to be fixed before I buy an extra copy on PC. Word on Keypad > WASD. Still hate that WASD became the norm after Doom came out - Wolf 3D arrow controls for life!

What difficulty are you guys playing on and how is it compared to other games in the series? Fallout has historically been on the easy side is that still the case at least early on?

Can't rebind the loot keys for items inside things. Shit that they havent fixed from FO3. Way to fuck over ESDF for movement. Its like that comic above except I KEEP PICKING UP ROACH CORPSES.

I'm on survivalist, it's about as hard as I remember FO3 being on very hard.




Anyone know if you can harvest mods from weapons you find without building a new stock mod for them?

Just had a quest that spawned some mobs when player progressed it. I reloaded a save right before the quest progression and got a legendary mob instead of trash mobs before. So it might be possible to save scum. I tried save scumming the item drops but that didn't work (thankfully, I hate save scumming)

Survivor. It's rough but certainly not unreasonable. Not sure if the mobs themselves are harder than very hard on this level, but the ultra slow health regen definitely makes death by attrition a real risk. That said I have not met any of the truly ugly shit like Deathclaws yet so it may get messier later on.
