You get sent to whatever appropriate prison the Bureau of Prisons wants to send you, based upon your criminal history, incarceration history, and sentencing offence. United States District Judges stay out of that decision making process.

I used to work for Verizon a long time ago handling restricted accounts in my area. Usually they are big businesses and such. I also got to see a lot of random sports people and celebs if they ever wondered into Delaware(they didn't)

Anyways one day Jared walks into my location and wants to buy a phone since he's on a subway account I bring it up and give him his new phone free of charge etc etc and since this was pre iPhone I go to transfer the contacts and pictures using a machine called a celebrite.

This takes like an hour so he leaves and I have full unfettered access to this guys unlocked phone.

I didn't look at anything because Jared wasent super famous yet and I didn't think some commercial nerd would have anything good on it.

Looking back I probably could of gotten a fat subway payday by blackmailing him if he had anything.

a_skeleton_02 reminded me if when I used to work in laptop repair for Compaq. We'd fucking snoop the shit out of every HD sent to us. My mentor had test hard drives full of porn he'd gotten off of customer computers. The most disturbing thing I ever found was a laptop where a guy had a bunch of pictures of naked hairy guys in his download folder and a boy scout letter he was composing in his recent documents. At least, it wasn't pictures of young kids though, right. The next laptop I worked on, when it booted up the background was pink text that said something to the effect of "You're working on a faggot's laptop", and the cursor was a little penis. Instead of the hourglass when it was busy, the penis would go flacid, then erect, then squirt and go back to flaccid. I did not snoop on his laptop. After that I began wondering what I would or should do if I found child porn on one of these laptops. My mentor told me nothing or I'd lose my job for snooping, so I just stopped snooping.

Yeah we used to steal tons of shit from peoples phones but if you ever saw kiddy porn you couldn't turn them in with out admitting to snooping. I never saw any but if I did I would of made an anonymous tip or something

I've gotten into an argument with someone over this who Jared thing who insists that despite the fact that the sex Jared had with the underage hooker in New York was a consensual sex act between two people above the legal age of consent in the state of New York, it was rape.
