Read through both of those links, and I still don't see how they had anything on him that could stick. Obviously they did, otherwise he wouldn't have copped the plea. I mean, he had over a month warning to get rid of his kiddie porn. That it appears he didn't is his own retardation. Most of the evidence comes from things he texted to an ex girlfriend. The most damning thing is that he said in those texts that he paid a 16 yr old for sex. Aside from the fact that 16 is the age of consent in his home state (where I'm assuming it happened since the article didn't specify another state), there's no way a text is proof, and no way they could prove that happened so long after the fact.
Then there was a reporter that he said creepy things to, like 'middle school girls are hot'.
I don't know, maybe his conscience is making him cop the plea.
