I can't load NA worlds. Oh well, in the end its just a game. Guess I can get some shit done around the house while trying every so often.

I hope they get this crap figured out. I dunno if they need new hardware or better optimization, but something needs to happen. I pray they are not just relying on limiting populations/instances and hoping its all fine at the end of "launch rush". They have a fun game but its being buried behind non-game problems of infrastructure issues after issues.

Lol, now the 1017 pops up as soon as I hit "start" but before I actually select any characters. Regression!

Sadly cancelling the pre-order to "stick to the man" would actually cost me the $10 preorder bonus. Unless this shit goes on for weeks or months and the game winds up in the $5 bargin bin like the first time around.

I started a male character at first, but it felt silly running around in a skirt or a pretty dress al the time and rerolled to a female char. Still looking silly all the time.

So if you already have a character on a server , currently you select it and login and then get the error 1017 full thing , you should just keep clicking start and that character again repeatedly hoping to get in to a queue ? (Not bitching about it just seeing if thats how folks are getting in)

I assume? But.. I just kinda think they completely locked servers, so until they're white again.. Good luck.

I don't blame anyone for complaining. If this was a F2P game, I'd say yea, quit the bitching. But people bought a product with the expectation to play said product and they can't. The fact that its a MMORPG or the genre has had a long history of launch issues shouldn't be an excuse. That being said, it just doesn't affect me like it used to. I have other shit to do and play where it's just not that big of a deal to me. Now, if two weeks go by and I still can't play the game on a consistent basis, when I want to then I'll be annoyed and do what everyone else does at that point and quit the sub because I don't care how good the game is, it's not worth my time to put up with server bullshit two weeks into a sub-based game. For some that tolerance level is two days (or so it seems).

WTF doesn't it put my in a god damn queue then. Constantly trying to login is annoying. Worse when the server list doesnt even load.

This. Especially after reading : "We are continuing to limit the number of logins following the emergency maintenance on Aug. 25, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. We will continue to control the number of logins to prepare for the upcoming user influx that we expect during peak hours. If you are currently unable to login, please try again at a later time."

It's like instead of fixing it or making it so more people can login, they are just going to limit(control) it to a certain number and that's that.

I agree, they should be using queues like every other game that has had load issues. At least it would give a sense that some progress is being made to try to get into the server.
