maybe if you payed extra for early access you would have some kind of point. truth is the only reason i got early access because there was no reason not to, same price, same shit.No need to worry about that because no one can login to play!
Also, in case you really aren't trolling, the game has launched. Early Access is still launch when you pay for the game to access it. It isn't a beta any longer. I want to sell you my product. It kicks your ass for you.

Just the fact that every single NA/EU server was completely locked to creating new characters yesterday is pretty telling. I mean, it's one thing to not be able to log on. But to not even be allowed to create a character on the server? I mean, that's pretty basic to buying the game don't you think?
The capping logons will really need to be fixed in the next few days too. I mean, I was glad I got to play, but for the people spamming the login window for 5+ hours, that's ridiculous.

I consider the real launch on the launch date (tomorrow.) People will have the right to play the product they payed for when it was promised to them. Early access is a privilage. Had people known there would be problems like this, I assure you about the same number of people will still be trying to log on. Noone here is complaining about the gameplay, its hilarious to me how much potential this game has yet people are canceling pre-order before launch. Maybe i am wrong and it has a terrible end game but i think some of you are making some compulsive decisions out of rage to cancel and will be sorry when the rest of us are finally playing an mmo worthy of my /played.

This discussion is silly. You paid for the game, part of that payment was 3 days of early access, which isn't a beta, it's supposed to be a perk for the ones who pre-ordered/pre-purchased the game. It is the launch day equal of the game, and it is supposed to be in a launch status state. They had 4 phases of beta to figure this shit out. If this was open beta, you would have a point. It isn't. It's launch. And when shit hits the fan tomorrow as well, your point will be muted by the crying death throws of FF14 boxes hitting the wall in frustration.

keep in mind this is a game where you have to group up to finish really important parts of the game, stuff like getting class abilities and your mount is tied to clearing 4 man content via dungeon finder. I THINK the dungeon finder is x-server, so that should not make it matter as much which server you roll on for leveling. Auction houses however are not x-server I don't know about endgame stuff, and we've all seen in Rift, TERA, SWTOR, etc, etc some servers drop off a cliff rapidly within a month and just a tiny handful keep busy enough to support the game.
Its always a night and day difference between being on a real server and being on a ghost town. My biggest complaint really is not even all the shitty server shenanigans, its that they didn't architect a server system that made the whole problem irrelevant like TSW or TESO's MegaServers.
