After filling out that form for doing the exact same thing, I finally got an email from SE saying they received my support ticket. I have this fear that the pre-release account (along with my characters) is going to expire and then I won't have access to them until SE does the merge.
When I input my code, there was an option to upgrade on that page. so go to account settings or some shit.
Cross class hotbar is just something you go into your options menu to enable. It's basically a hotbar that doesn't change regardless of your class (so if you have potions, or gear sets, or chocobo shit that you want on every class). You unlock an extra ability slot every 5 levels for a class, every 10 for a job. So as soon as you unlock the ability to change classes you have the ability to cross ability. Just go into your skills window.

You need to apply your retail code. The code you applied before was just the preorder codes.
Wherever you bought the game from. Amazon would of e-mailed it to you on the 27th - you can probably log into Amazon and find it under digital purchases, too.
It makes sense if its characters. They were not letting you create anymore characters, especially the tab that says 25th- 26th it shows very little change.
Not me, I'm still logged in. But protip, go afk in an inn because I believe it's treated like an instance, so you will only get kicked out if they reboot the instance servers.
Looks like a total number of Japanese, English, German, and French players on each server categorized by different server locations.So I found this gem today, some numbers but fuck all if I know WTF it means. I think its characters. But someone which knows some Kanji maybe can help out here...
