Some is good, like the dungeon sets from Brayflox or Dzemazel for example are great, and the lvl 15-17 dungeon sets too for low level stuff. I know a bunch of people who leveled like entirely running specific dungeons so they could complete the low level sets and use some parts of it even at high level(the chest piece for the DoW set in Brayflox for example is really cool). The quest reward stuff is super generic and mostly garbage though, so yeah if you don't chain spam dungeons, you kinda look like a clown at certain level ranges.yeah all the class specific stuff looks really sick, but the shit you get from 1-50 is crazy weird lol
Supposedly come Friday the story quests are getting a large bump in experience, armor rewards and people who have not done it yet will get priority in queues, I wouldn't worry too much about grinding it all out. It might be easier to do it all afterwards honestly.yeah, it's not a big deal i'm 40.5 atm but i may as well just take my time since the story stuff sounds like it'll be a PITA anyway.. plus the thought of immediately doing the 30-50+ grind right away is super unappealing so i'll just stick with ninja i think, no rush~
then swap to DK when i can without really grinding hard
You'd be surprised how many people vote not to kick other players in normal leveling dungeons. Plus you need to wait a bit, and when I'm tanking I'm not generally not staring at the movements of the DPS right out the gate. It's usually when getting to a boss (example: Chimera, or the salamander in brayflox) where I go "Oh yeah, clearly a bot" and then it's basically too late and they've already made it more annoying than it should have been. I do try to kick them as soon as I notice, but most groups tend to just think they are new players or using a ps4 controller or something. And of course, some people think I'm just being an ass trying to kick a player.I don't think I've ever noticed a bot in a dungeon, but why not just kick them? You'll get a replacement instantly.
Like I said, it's only been the last two weeks or so that I've started to notice them. I've run probably 40 dungeons and I've seen at least 10 bots in that time. I'd buy the bad players thing, except they don't respond to anything, they don't read chat, they don't move out of any aes and they tend to be geared in stuff that even white drops from 10 levels prior are better than. They also have a noticeable delay in movement and attacks that you can set a clock by, and don't use any situational abilities whatsoever. It's pretty obvious bot behavior, but again I've only noticed it recently and only up through DD so far (I've been using Fates for post 44 grinding)I checked the other day and hit 400 dungeons towards my achievement. I've never seen a bot in a dungeon. I have seen tons of bad players though.
People will still run the trial roulette. It's the best way to get tomes. I run it daily because it's a free 50 soldiery and 7 poetics in 10 minutes or less. I am sure they will continue that for the next level of tomes.
Dope, i'll try this out later.I find this to be the most enjoyable theme park out there. You cna be as casual or hard core as you want. There is something for everyone.
42-50 - If you can get a solid fate grind in Northern Thanalan you can get really good exp. In Mor Dhona you can get like 10-12 leve's at a shot (don't take the Naturalist if it's offered) which are all in the same area. If you bang them all out it's about 35% of a level per run. I did 49-50 on my BLM the other night in 35 minutes with no rested. Daily Dungeon and Daily Guildhest are good. What ever your highest level dungeon is will probably give about 50% of a level per run, how fast it is depends on your group but it's usually fast. If you can get a group for it Dhazemel Darkhold you can pull everything before the first boss at once to the room before the first boss and kill. It's 42k exp per run and usually takes less then 10 minutes per run. You then leave the dungeon and requeue.
That makes me sad. One of the things I enjoyed about this game is that I didn't ever have to see boxers or bots because they were just gathering mats on gathering leve's and shit.Like I said, it's only been the last two weeks or so that I've started to notice them. I've run probably 40 dungeons and I've seen at least 10 bots in that time. I'd buy the bad players thing, except they don't respond to anything, they don't read chat, they don't move out of any aes and they tend to be geared in stuff that even white drops from 10 levels prior are better than. And yeah, I call them bots in group and then try to kick, and the rest of the group just leaves the kick box hanging. Primarily I've noticed it with Ninjas, BLMs, and Bards. No songs, doesn't respond to asking for songs, doesn't use goad, only uses the 3 hit combo and nothing else, if they die they don't rebuff their poison, if it's a blm they only use fire 2, even on single mobs. Like... clearly bots.
Instant Gratification = $10Boxed edition 10 bucks at amazon but the digital version is $20. That doesn't make any sense.
Technically you vomit the darkness on your allies, since it's going to be a damage reduction LB similar to other tanks. Or I guess you could vomit it on the enemies so they do less damage. Eh. Anyway some of that stuff looks really cool and gives a lot more personality to the classes, though now the DPS will fight for who gets to LB. At least monks get the old shitty LB so they won't have to do it if there's another melee, and thus not lose their stacks.Slice open the sky and vomit darkness onto your foes.
