"This crawlspace had no proper ventilation, so when water seeped into it, it had nowhere to go and air out. This left the water to sit and soak into the wood, leading to severe mold and wood rot that spread throughout the crawlspace. All the framing and any areas experiencing rot will need to be demolished and replaced. Afterward, we will need to add waterproofing and proper ventilation to prevent this issue from recurring."
