Because they released on Steam 2months ago like it says and that was when they pushed the terrible changes so the steam version was basically shit from the start, they were just trying to get some more money before shutting the game down. Game released 4years ago and was in early access for about a year before that.Reviews looked solid too.

Software patents restrict competitors from building programs of similar function, regardless of method. They're complete bullshit for that reason.
