Amen. Rested on a bench in the hands of a good shooter taking his time will get you 2 inch groups on static target at 25 yrds with a factory glock and mid level store ammo. Start adding in all the real life variables to accuracy that quickly spiral out that group to the broad side of a barn and you realize why most LEO shootings happen inside 8-10 yrds and 5-7 rounds are let loose in hopes a couple actually hit somewhere important.
Folks don't realize people like Hickok45 consistantly ringing 12 inch gongs with a pistol beyond 50 yrds are pretty much NRA grandmaster level shooters and they shot a bucket of ammo thru those pistols to dial themselves in before the camera was ever turned on.
