I can't remember if you're arguing that 1arm wouldn't have killed kyle or didn't intend to. I believe he absolutely intended to. He didn't bring a loaded gun just to scare people. However, based on how he froze, I don't think he actually would have killed kyle. That's why he was talking such mad shit about how he should have emptied the mag. Trying to cope with the embarrassment of freezing up.

Seems like a reasonable explanation. Also...he froze because AR's are loud as fuck when one gets uncorked near you and you don't have hearing protection on.
