Was the old lady the aunt or great aunt.

The more away from you is the family member giving testimony of your good character, the worse your character is.

If the dead guys had perfect knowledge of the situation (eg Kyle running to cops), how come they didn't know thst they would die?

You reading people’s minds now? Are you an insecure woman?

You are right. If you didn't witness it, it doesn't count. Now let's apply the same logic to Ahmad arbury case.

You mean the multiple felon American Inventor who attempted to steal a man's firearm by attacking him... yeah Lend let's apply that logic here.

Can't wait until all you guys do a 180 in your logic in a few weeks.
Right now, kyle had every right to defend himself against a citizens arrest.
2 weeks from now.. ..give the Georgia Boys a medal for giving ahmad what he deserved.

Armed Robbery killed himself by yanking on the business end of a shotgun. You should try and pull a shotgun from someone's hands as an experiment to see for yourself first hand.

The citizens arrest law of Georgia at the time it happened will probably protect them.

With the way you ask loaded, stupid, poorly worded questions that assume about 20 things and don't take notice of the actual facts of any situation, you should be a prosecutor. They'd hardly have to teach you the technique.

Are Chris Chris and Lendarios Lendarios really trying to make the point that knocking Kyle to the ground and taking a homerun swing at his head was an attempt at a citizen's arrest?

Anyone familiar with Wisconsin law able to verify if that's common practice?

You guys.. on your endless quest for argument are not reading what I am saying.
I don't think kyle committed any crime. We should have more Kyle's, not less.

ALL I SAID WAS THAT THE DEFENSE HAD A BAD DAY IN COURT.

Yes. I think that Kyle was 100% in the right, just that going after the character of the 2nd and 3rd victims (for want of a better word) is pointless. They need to go after the 1st "victim".

Just say that then. You obviously suck at analogies since everyone thinks you are saying the opposite.

He needs to be able to justify every shot he took. What the people he shot believed is irrelevant, the only thing that matters is what a reasonable person in Kyle's circumstances would have believed.

What part is confusing you idiots? You hear a loud noise then later that day see someone walking down the street while legally carrying a firearm.

The only rational thing to do is to heroically start swinging your skateboard at the guy's head in order to save countless lives

Deer season is such a tough time on the local skateboarder population.
