Also hollowpoints are a thing for handguns when it comes to self defense, not rifles. For rifles shooting 5.56mm you do not use hollowpoints, you use FMJ rounds like Kyle used because when they hit somebody at close range, they completely fragment dumping all the energy of the round into the body while sending fragments all around the wound.

The prosecutor is completely backwards here because hes a soycuck that knows nothing about firearms or his being misleading.

About what? I've shot a very large number of living things with a wide variety of rounds. The only fmj that I ever saw that didn't leave a tiny hole was 7.62x39.

Even my big 7.62 nato M1A had very little damage with FMJ rounds.

He was just being an asshole and had no specific point. He was asking if Kyle knew the differences between FMJ and hollow point and it wasn't relevant to anything. His friend that was holding the rifle had it loaded with .223 FMJ.

He's very young and it shows. He's charged with reckless homicide. Seeming young and reckless is poor jury optics.

His tone is very fast and young. Sounds high school age.

yea, but the jury is all kenosha locals, so while the city burned and officials did nothing, kyle was put in a situation...

if they can remember that he's the same age as their own son, who just got a drivers license
