Women have to play as men in...almost all games. Try not to die a bit on the inside, tho id have liked it is they went the kunoichi route a bit more than the female samurai.

Fuck they could have made a new Tenchu!
Women don't play games.

She will be an ugly lesbian. Western dev studio after all.

The fact Sony execs specifically mentioned Last of Us... we all know they meant Last of Us 2. Just from looking at the female casting done.

That's a dog whistle for this is going to be woke as shit-- and that goes for any time you read something about reaching a "broader audience".

The actress playing that character is a "queer genderless activist"... so, hope diminishing.

Played this on PS4 when it came out, looked good
Played this when I could actually find a PS5 that wasn't 1K with the updated visuals and the DLC , looked great
Recently picked this up on steam sale , visuals cranked to extreme , first game I've used frame generation and anti-lag (AMD 7900 XTX & AMD 7800X3D) , eyebleeding visuals and sustained 144fps (max my monitor will do)

Side note, got interrupted mid-game by steam notice that they updated their terms - basically said agree or delete your account. I know we don't 'own' digital games but do you need to interrupt the game I just bought to rub my nose in dog-shit to prove it?

Fnally getting around to this one in the library. Just picked up a Samsung ultrawide OLED and this is the first game I'm playing on it aside from BO6. Really does look stunning in ultrawide HDR. I'm still chugging along with my 2080 but it's holding up ok.

Finally got around to playing this. Havent even made it out of the first zone and I was wrapped up in shit for hours. I didnt think the theme of the game would be something I would like - but I've enjoyed it plenty.

I did the ps5 version last year. Finally. And platted it it took longer cause you can’t skip the cutscenes.

Delayed this game for a long while as I'm prone to doing too much side shit and it usually burns me out and ruins the finish (looking at you RDR2/Witcher etc).

This is the first game I would ever give a personal 10/10. I loved everything about it. Visuals/world were just beautiful, VA perfect (except that kermit the frog banner collection guy), music/SFX perfect and lethal difficulty made the combat never get boring or overly trivial/spammy. I did pretty much everything except for the island DLC (will try to wrap that up this week before MHW) and never felt a moment of burnout or like anything overstayed its welcome.

An absolute masterpiece.

Man. I like the game but after I beat the first section.. I dont know what happened, I just lost steam on the game. I feel like I spent too much time doing random shit and side quests. Im not saying the game is not fun but definitely a game you have to temper your OCD on, just like the AC series.

For sure, during the first act I definitely ran around clearing all the fog and doing all the PoI's aimlessly as I came upon them. After I mostly focused on main quest/mythic tales during longer gaming sessions. When I had downtime at work I would do the side quests and dumped some points into the guiding winds for the misc stuff (shrines/springs etc) so there was less wandering and more purposeful completion.
