Actually, it's exactly like the time the kids in my elementary school petitioned to have a sister city in a country we'd never heard so we could be pen pals. Kids in hospitals arranging PR events of that level are pretty impressive. I bet they also have the kids cross-trained as grant writers. Impressive stuff.

so what I didn't say when i posted the image is that the hospital is a few blocks from where the movie is being filmed and the kids made posters on their wall spelling out "WHO YOU GONNA CALL", hoping the cast might see it and visit them

now do you feel like assholes

still shitty costumes and proton packs, they don't even have the little ghostbusters logo
yeah, no. teachers and grownups do this shit all the time, get little kids involved in stuff little kids have no business knowing. when prez elect reagan was shot, my entire school had to go down to the auditorium and watch the news on this tiny ass little 19 inch tv all fucking day. when they got the entire school from k-8 in one room, hilarity ensued.

The two thin chicks look really cute in those photos, especially the normal one.

Oh my God, that picture of the kid with his eyes half rolled back!!!

I don't know if I want to laugh or cry . . .

Certain that I don't want to see that movie.

yep. exactly that, except zombieland was still a funny movie with or without bill murray.
True, but he easily had the most memorable scene.

"So do you have any regrets?"

"'Garfield', maybe."

I guess I'm the only one who's kind of looking forward to the new GB movie. Don't get me wrong, it will probably suck, but I'm at least kind of psyched for it.

yep, but keep in mind he was written a funny part in a funny movie by funny writers. he didnt just show up out of the blue. zombieland was not a crap reboot of a classic film, it was its own thing.

Chevy Chase's lone scene in Caddyshack 2 is the best part of that movie. Bill Murray's cameo in this could at best be a great little addition to a funny movie or at worst a welcome high point in something otherwise not very good. And Bill gets a big paycheck from it.

All upsides, no downsides.
