An ex, one of the 2 that falls into the "the one that got away" category, who I haven"t talked to in about 2 years, is trying to friend me on FB. Just looking at her profile picture and my stomach dropped. I don"t know if I"m ready for some casual "sup?" convo, but I don"t want to reject the request. I"m torn as fuck. Not showing her in a relationship, no pictures of random dudes, but I"m so hesitant to accept the request. Advice?

Sometimes friending ex girlfriends on FB can make it easier to get over them. This one girl I dated back in college who I completely fell head over heels for and learned a ton about dating and not being the "nice guy" from friended me on FB. I was convinced I was still in love with her but she is the most self-absorbed most self-righteous person on the planet. If she was on her high horse any more she"d get a nosebleed. 100% convinced she is the best human being to ever grace this planet. I wouldn"t want to even associate myself with her anymore.

But seriously, what have you got to lose? Add her, creep the fuck out of her profile to see gather some info/ammunition, meet up for a coffee and go from there. Maybe it goes nowhere, maybe it goes somewhere. The worst that can happen is that you rekindle your feelings for her somewhat and she isn"t interested. In which case, just move along.
