that was a weird tidbit at the end, i wonder if there was some mistranslation or did he really say at the end of this season they are taking a year off? da fuq. its usually shoot for 6 months then 6 months off so maybe its the normal schedule he is talking about?

He said they're off right now for a year from last season since they are all caught up with the books as far as Him/Bran are concerned. So no Bran this upcoming season. I expect the "kid" to be about 6' tall and have a full beard when they return.

She was actually pregnant in the first season. She wasn't showing during the ORIGINAL pilot (with Jennifer Ehle as cat and Tamzin merchant as dany) but by the time they got around to reshooting the final pilot she had a prominent bump and so we see the fully clothed doggy style in the tower instead.

jaime i believe replaces the random knight dude who escorts princess myrcella to dorne, fucks the vipers daughter, yadda yadda. i doubt he will get murdered though
