I did an even more ghetto sous vide just using a pot of water sitting on a quarter of the element (on min).

Same result. :p
I'm going to suspend my belief in all that I know to be good or wrong, and try this sous vide thing. Probably the ice-chest method.

3/4 bottle of BBQ sauce, splash of Italian salad dressing, splash of liquid smoke, splash of Worcestershire. Place all in crockpot and mix. Add 3-4 boneless chicken breasts. Cook on low for 7 hours. After hour 7 shred the chicken breast and add 1/2 a red onion and 1/2 a green pepper. Cook on high 30 minutes. Buy pocket bread, stick chicken into pocket bread, add sharp cheddar cheese. Place in toaster oven. Devour

That shit is delicious, did BBQ pulled chicken last week and did that same recipe. The Italian dressing really pushes it over the edge!

I am. Once I try it, I'll probably never do it again. So maybe I'll never try it, so I can just keep obsessing and making shitty forum jokes about it.

I love lamb. I love their little t-bones, and I love them ground into patties for grilling.

Tiny, tasty lamb.

Lamb with mint sauce or lamb with tzatziki or herb encrusted lamb, lamb shanks braised in wine ala osso buco. I'll take lamb every which way any day of the week!

Lamb gyros loaded with Tzatziki are the only reason I tolerate fairs. Fairs fucking suck, the people, the smell, all the as seen on TV bullshit. The food is awful too, except for those sweet, sweet gyros.

Usually authentic gyro is a combination of beef and lamb mixed up with seasonings, kind of like a meatloaf.
