There's a noodle shop here (seattle area) that has a guy that does this in the back, best noodles ever!

I'm too much of a skinny bitch to do this myself at home.

Bought my GF the modular kitchen aid attachment for this shit, ran me like $350.

$350 I'll never get use from, since I hate most wheat-flour based products. (Gluten issues)

Fine. First cream the eggs and sugar, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. A hand mixer will be useful.
Actually, "creaming" refers to butter and sugar. How you mix stuff together is important in baking. You don't want tunneling in your cake nor do you want it to be overly tough.

Well, the ease of this cake is why I posted it. It's delicious and really hard to fuck up. It's extremely dense and moist.

Went W.O.P. mode tonight and made some fettuccine with the pasta machine. Used this recipe(Fresh Egg Pasta | Pasta Recipes | Jamie Oliver Recipes) and directions pretty much down to a tee and it came out great. 00 fine flour, eggs and salt in the boiling water. That's it. I made way too fucking much though and didn't separate it well enough when drying, so a good amount was stuck together and I ended up tossing it. Now I know better. Either way, it's really easy and came out good. Gonna' make a ravioli next time once I figure out what kind of filling I'm going to make.

Congrats on the pahsta, bra. But what the fuck, a Jamie Oliver recipe? Were all the non-lisping vapid fuck recipes not available?

I just used his since he clearly stated the rolling methods. The recipe is flour and egg. Since I read it in my voice, there was no lisp.

Feeding 50 for lunch tomorrow. I'll have three sauces (Marinara, Alfredo, and Bolognese), and three pastas (linguini, penne, and rotini). Also, garlic bread, and a leafy salad. Lemon bars and Texas sheet cakes for dessert. Simple, but good and filling.

Dang, that's a lot of sauce I've got - three pots full! The house smells delicious.

Just yankin' ya anyway, I'm sure his recipes are fine, but as you might of guessed, I'm not a fan. And I'm glad your inner monologue doesn't lisp.
