just had pho last night, actually have it once a week w/ wife.

lucky enough since i moved from backwards hick amish ville to nj, i was able to tryout the 5 pho(viet) restaurants in a 30minute radius. finally settled on one we like.

yup, i did like having the amish farms around, they'd just leave baskets of tomatoes/squash etc in a stall on the road and a can to take payment. i'd walk my dog there and get fresh veggies and huge squash.

but since i was there two good asian places closed up shop.

Buying a quarter cow. Haven't had a conversation with the butcher if it will be mixed front/back or just one or the other. Basically splitting a half with my sister in law. First time ever doing it, but I'm pretty excited about it. Grass fed, etc etc. Will know the hanging weight soon. I hope to make some good stuff with it all.
