Well, it's on the stove. But I've had several bouts of V-tach today it turns out, they just interrogated my pacemaker and I may have to go to the ER if it gets worse. Suck.

It tasted really good, and I cooked it until it was fall-apart. When I do it again, I'll amp up the spices a little bit.
