thanks, weber makes great stuff. i bought that recently because the grill in the background i had been using for 20 years is now literally falling to pieces.I like your little kettle rig there. Handy workspace.
One of my exes used to run her own coffee catering company and she swore by cold brew. She was a fiend for it.I have a Weber gas grill that is falling apart after 6 years. Not sure what I want to replace it with yet, most likely going back to charcoal.
I made cold brew coffee yesterday, it is a revelation. Coffee always made me sick before, this didn't, and has so look much caffeine. Tastes smoother or something
What process/how did you make it?I have a Weber gas grill that is falling apart after 6 years. Not sure what I want to replace it with yet, most likely going back to charcoal.

Have you tried negotiating with dick shadow art?So the wife told me I will make turkey for Thanksgiving that I don't get a choice but I can make a side meat.

Put a small pinch of salt in with your coffee grounds before brewing. Gives most coffee a smoother, less acidic taste. Takes the edge off just a bit.I made cold brew coffee yesterday, it is a revelation. Coffee always made me sick before, this didn't, and has so look much caffeine. Tastes smoother or something
I have a French press, bodum 32 oz, I coarsely ground the beans and threw them in there for about 12 hours. Making some more tonight and I will try the salt that joeboo talked about. What process/how did you make it?
