Looks good to me. A little liquid smoke and some of that dulse in a nice soup would be fantastic. I doubt it would ever replace the textural role of bacon on something like a burger though.

i made some home made mozzarella sticks for lunch as i stayed home sick due to a deep sunburn. It's sad that it's the most extensive cooking project I've done in weeks.
