I mostly just buy whole chicken, 90% i usually just beer can it, i don't even bother brinin the chicken no more. I do give it a bit more scorch after i take it out the oven w/ my butane burner, to make it look more "bar b que'e". Btw if anyone is doing this, be care on the butane part, cuz when do the skin like that, it contracts really fast and you might end up having it squirt juice, worse if it gets on you, thats near boiling chicken juice.
