I don't know if you know, but in movies, the people you see oftentimes are acting in ways that they are not in real life. His character in the Star wars films was meant to be a brat. Adam Driver can actually portray different personas based on the role given to him. It's fucking crazy black magic stuff.

They kicked the tires on the original cast and broke the bad news to Warner Bros Zaslav they're "too white", no doubt some consulting agency said they can't possibly make any movies set in the original.
So instead we get this piece of shit TV series for HBO Max. It's a good demonstration that even if the CEO of the company wants to do something-- DEI comes first.
Zaslav in explicit terms said to investors they were going to explore getting new movies out, to no results.

Supposedly they are going to be more faithful to the books than the movies. There was a lot of stuff cut out and little bits changed.

most importantly its a TV show not a movie so they have more room to breathe. After book 2 or 3 the books get really big but the movies stay 2-3 hours which really felt rushed after a while.
If every book is a season thats what, 7 season of TV and the cast grows with the show if its filmed every year, although any strikes or stuff and we get a Stranger Things situation lol

conceivable you can still pass off 19 and 20 yr olds as 16 or 17 yos. specially now that people look much younger than they used to. you can milk the final seasons, but yeah, you really need to keep to a schedule for the first 5 seasons if continuity matters to the story at all. also, JKR is not anyone's savior, she is woke too, she's just more feminist than tranny fan. she tried to turn Dumbledore gay for no reason. look at how well that worked out in those fantastic beast films.

It's not even a question of maybe. They have to pick gays and minorities over whites in lead roles as per their new inclusion rules. They're pushing this out as fast as they can before the rules change back. So there will be gay 11 yr olds and a gang of black students twerking out magic spells while eating fried chicken out of magic buckets in Hogwarts.

Maybe the tranny shit hard rebooted her common sense. My guess is Hermione will be black. My understanding is there are two different descriptions of her as white and brown, both of which have alternative explanations. However we all know even 2001, shit would have hit the fan if she was actually black in the books. Dean Thomas was clearly described as black in the books I think.
I’m really bothered that I know so much about Harry Potter.

Hermione is very explicitly and unmistakably portrayed as not black in the books. She's intelligent, she isn't ugly, and she doesn't use the time turner to rob a gas station then get into a high speed broom chase with aurors while her mom is on the front page of the Daily Prophet exclaiming that 'she dindu nuffin'
