I had this long damn thing ready to post and damn phone died.

Anyways, I love them, the quality is great especially through 2.4ghz and Bluetooth is good as well.

It's so nice to have an extra battery charging while you're using the other.

Being able to do your computer or consol through 2.4ghz and phone on Bluetooth incase you get an important call or if you want to order a pizza & weed(depending on your state) without having to take your headphones off brings a new meaning to human engineering advances toward everything being connected.

The range on it is actually better than the Nova. Audio quality with 3D audio is great, even stereo of that's your gig. It could benefit from a bit more bass but you can mess with the equalizer for that.

Fantastic headset tbh, I would keep it, but I would like somebody else to enjoy it and some extra money in the wallet never hurts.

I was thinking $150 for the Arctis Wireless Pro is fair(probably a little low tbh), with both ear cushions, all the wires, box, and has been taken well care of.

Steelseries makes quality gaming headsets, 👌🏻 KRA!

Ok awesome :)

Copy :) Mine is coming today so I am excited to try it out - aside from some Bose QC's a LONG time ago, i have never spent really any more than $100 for a set of headphones.

I have

My only complaint about the Arctis Pro is the band is on the small side. I took the adjustment band off mine for maximum size and I still wish it was a little bigger.
The Arctis Pro Nova Wireless headphones have this strap with four positions.

Ok I got those Nova Wireless Pro's yesterday - holy shit are they good!

Zindan Zindan :

Easy setup on the GG software (EQ) which pushes the custom config for the DAC. This video goes into detail on settings.

I have not used the sonar PC Only config yet but the Custom EQ setting rocked.

These things blow away Pulse, Turtle Beach 600 and Arctic 7. I am so in love with these things.

If anyone is interested in getting a headset, shoot me a PM, I have this beautiful baby.

She has no problems what so ever, pretty much like day one, except I did change the headphones ear padding with the leather but I still have the original ones as well. Any questions about it, shoot me a PM 😀.

Thank you,
Mr. Holland420

This is a quality headset. The only gripe I have about mine is it's not designed for heads as fat as mine.

Snagged HD 8xx from Sennheiser. They were 900 bucks! They claim to added some oomph to the bass. Decided to try them. NO idea where my amp to power these at. Hope the Schiit stack can do em justice.

These arrived today. I'm not sure if these are worth keeping. They are still very light on the bass and the highs are still piercing. I can't find my tube amp to boot to see if that helps.

I'm really far from an audiophile, so I don't really know anything. A lot of times I just use mediocre speakers these days. But when I play something that I feel needs headphones, or I'm in discord or something, I use DT 770' s that I've had almost 10 years. I replaced the earpads once. Things are still fucking champions and sound awesome imo.

Can the small speakers in a headset even make low sound waves? I thought a speaker needed a minimum amount of throw to get anything in a subwoofer range (below 200HZ) to sound good (or even in the low woofer range).

Disclaimer: I have never really used large duel headsets until somewhat recently, as I could never find ones that wouldn't make my ears hot and uncomfortable. The ones I am using right now are still cheapish, so a sound test doesn't hold up to a bookshelf speaker set, let alone a 5.1 or better system.

One of the biggest reasons I want to upgrade to the Nova Wireless Pro is the damn strap on the Arctis Pro Wireless. Once you have to adjust it it seems like it's never right again. The top isn't really velcro or something and ends up uneven on your head / moving around as the thing loses tension over time.

Also when you swap a battery, it turns back on automatically right? That'd be super nice too.

Edit: aww fuck it, went and picked on up tonight, BB had one $40 off and i had reward certs to burn.

How do you like it? Love mine. Battery for hot swap if you have not figured it out yet is 8 seconds. That doesn't bug me though I just click the power button.

No I love it, my old headset you had to turn it back on and i'd always stop holding it a second to early, in the middle of a fight in wow or something, lol.

Like this one a lot right now, a little snug but it's good. No optical out like my prior steelseries to my speakers, but has the same functionality of disabling the output when the headset is on, which is great. Sounds like I might need another ground loop thingy for that, have a buzz when it's disabled.

Couldn't really tell how well the noise cancellation works, will mess with that more (fucking kids wont leave me alone when im gaming, now I wont have to take the cans off)

No regrets, it's great so far.
