lol. Rafaam seems to be all about drawing into your mass removal to keep from getting overrun while you charge up your hero power and drown KT with infinite value.
played 8 games, all rafaam. (went 5-3) but i wanted to at least try out KT.
If you are playing KT, never play haunted creeper or the one that summons the 1/5. Maximize that hero power. The 4/5 3 drop that does 4 dmg at the end of your turn is OP as fuck.
Rafaam is absolute garbage. You might be able to get the 1 in 50 game where you draw exactly what you need while your opponent gets hosed but Kel'Thuzad is ridiculously overpowered in comparison.
Yeah, fun brawl with lots of new cards, but both games I played the rafaam was hosed. I mean, I almost turned the first game around as rafaam, but kt's minions just have ridiculous value and then you keep summoning them for 2 mana. My kt game, I got the one and only poor minion, a slime, 3x with my hero power and still my opponent had no chance.
Haha, just won my third with Raf. Did like Gavin said and concentrated on board and removals til he was top decking. I got the third piece of the staff and it gives you legendaries at a four mana discount. Helped that my opponent's duplicate hit on mad sci and then he played both of them. He was summoning almost nothing but more mad scientists with his hero power the rest of the game. Was pretty trollolol.
Rafaam seems so much better than KT. Just keep clearing board and it's over, KT can't keep up with the legendary spam.
KT having so few spells makes it hard to get tempo back.
Won my first game no problem and was Gothik (lol I mean Rafaam). Got an Angry Sheep and a Tournament Attendee as my first couple minions as well. Just gotta play it right, it's almost like a combo Rogue. You find a creative way to optimize the cards in your hand and from your hero power and you win.
That's a bad card. Think about what cards it's going to copy stats when played on curve. Couple that with the fact it's complete garbage on an empty board.
If you're toiling around the rank 8 range while playing combo druid, you're just a flat out retard. I wonder if these people notice the decks they're playing against? That deck just absolutely murders people playing random shitty brews. You can't even pretend to try to play stupid shit like Ancestral Recall.
