So the new expansion is early December. Time to hold some Dust/Gold. The purchase deal is kind of weak. 10 extra packs at the cost of 50 Dollars. I see a sleeve but it does not mention getting a sleeve. I wonder if they will have an introductory quest to win a few packs.

No Card Back with pre-purchase this time they said.

I'm torn on buying packs this time around. The cards so far seem decent, they excite me a lot more than Karazhan and the RNG seems minimal so far. I want to do some Heroic Brawl runs which will eat into my 4k gold stash. I also have 4k dust saved atm. After Karazhan I said I wouldn't give them anymore money, so idk if I'll stand firm on that yet.

Yeah, Im not sure if I will give them money this time. That's a pretty awful deal. If they throw in some free packs like last time I might but the expansion isn't really exciting me so far. Ill have about 5k gold and about 1k dust and unless it gets better, they getting no money.

I just had the weirdest game ever, warlock warlock and he had nothing but taunt cards and a few spells. I think he played 10 taunt minions and just a shadowbolt and a corruption.

Since I was running a spell damage warlock, I got out two goblins, and then I just sniped his taunt stuff as he threw it down. 3/6 fen creeper? Here comes a 6 dmg shadow bolt. The game only lasted so long because I had to clear his taunt shit every turn.

I love these new quests. 60 battlecry minions? Np, load up a deck with 30 and giddy up.

I think I'm pretty checked out of this game(thanks WoW...), but is this expansion number 3 without a new mechanic? They seem to be using a lot of "buff shit in your hand" which is pretty boring.

Yeah, I might have to play it again, wanted to try miracle rogue with a deck full of 1 mana cards, but my first opponent just conceded and I won.

Tri-Class cards are "new"... maybe not very interesting but imo we don't need new mechanics that devs have no idea how to balance right now, we need to "fix" the game first. Looks like they have learned their lesson a little bit. New cards seem devoid of RNG.

"Buff in hand" is mostly a new mechanic as it really hasn't been used much in the past except for the Hunter Deathrattle guy and Shaman legend. It's "some" RNG but it's RNG that can be controlled. A much preferable mechanic imo.

So far the new cards look mostly decent, but we've only seen about 35% so far.

This game is such a fucking piece of shit, it's nuts. It's all about: Play a cancer deck or get raped by one.

Any deck that might have any semblance of fun is not competitive. If you're not playing face/secret hunter, midrange shaman, or zoo lock, you're fucked. And all three of those decks are fucking trash to play. Mindless garbage.

These days even control warrior, the only viable control deck, just gets destroyed by the zerg. Man...

Dirty Rat may be a sleeper OP Control Card, especially for warrior, as you can pull out a Combo piece / Thunderbluff / Ragnaros / etc and Shield Slam it.

Paladin with Equal/Consec, Priest with their numerous removals, all can benefit and it's a solid taunt body on turn 2 vs aggro too, especially for classes that can buff it even further.
