Here's my proposed changes to N'Zoth Shaman.
Current deck is here:
This is my version since the Tuskarr nerf and went 10-3 in Heroic Brawl and also just got back to rank 5 from 11 with it in ~2 days. During Heroic Brawl I was without Ragnaros in lieu of 2nd Ancestral Knowledge. Added Rag recently due to how strong he is, also makes Barnes even better.
After looking at the new Shaman Legendary, clearly N'Zoth Shaman should get even stronger. Most likely change is just nixxing 1x Twilight or Harrison for the Legendary and calling it a day but I think adding Jade cards is actually something to strongly consider.
Here's my new version
The changes are:
Remove Cairne for Blackpaw
Remove Ragnaros for White Eyes
Remove 2x Twilight Summoner for 2x Jade Claws
Remove 1x Stormcrack and 1x Harrison for 2x Jade Lightning
Reasonings:
I prefer Healing Wave over the new Heal Minion because it doesn't make Barnes worse.
Adding minions needs to be worth it.

The changes are:
Remove Cairne for Blackpaw
Remove Ragnaros for White Eyes
Remove 2x Twilight Summoner for 2x Jade Claws
Remove 1x Stormcrack and 1x Harrison for 2x Jade Lightning
Reasonings:
- Jade golems will strengthen the early game, especially with Jade Claws and Jade Lightning.
- Blackpaw is almost like Cairne where when she dies another minion spawns. In addition, you get a Jade Golem while playing her. She can also be self-killed easier than Cairne for those times you are avoiding Hex/Entombs. Much easier to Ancestral+kill her for additional Blackpaws.
- Loading up too heavily with Deathrattles is a bad idea, you want to have consistency with N'Zoth and know what's spawning. Removing Twilight Summoners is ideal because with these more powerful cards you really don't want Twilight Summoners coming back.
- Ragnaros is strong but he might be less reliable in the new meta when more floods are available, he was never core in my deck till recently so removing isn't a huge loss.
- Barnes has 5 low rolls, 5 high rolls and 3 above average rolls in my current deck, this new version puts him at 4 low rolls, 3 high rolls and 3 above average rolls. Originally a 62% chance to have an above avg or better roll, now 60% chance to have above avg or better. Main reasoning is losing Twilight Summoners and Ragnaros. Before adding Ragnaros, Barnes only had a 58% chance.
- Strategy would be to Ancestral White Eyes or Blackpaw in most cases.
- When facing classes with Transform or Entomb you'll need to bait with Sylvanas and/or try to Ancestral & Kill your own Blackpaw.
- Killing your own White Eyes is a risk but doable on 10 mana with Elemental Destruction+Lava Shock. Using Ancestral+Elemental Destruction would be very risky.
- Against Aggro you can simply Ancestral your White Eyes all day.
- Against Fatigue you'll prefer to Ancestral White Eyes.
I prefer Healing Wave over the new Heal Minion because it doesn't make Barnes worse.
Adding minions needs to be worth it.
