Stuck at rank 2 and 1 star. Rotating between Rogue, Hunter, and Warrior (first two because I need to level them, last one because I actually like playing it). This grind sucks.

Assuming you've made legend once and unlocked the card back, is there any reason to do it again? I thought it was just one legendary back, and that's it, not per season.

I want a new, better looking legend back. I feel it's one of the worst looking ones and it's the hardest to get... Come on Blizzard

Congratulations!

I'm just the Warleaders off, myself. Don't really want to craft two golden epics. So close to being done with class levels though... 57 Rogue and 57 Hunter are all I have left to get to 60. I want golden Sen'jins so bad.

I wish they would have put the Golden heroes as rewards for getting Legendary. Would give people the excuse to try to take every class up the ladder.

They just didn't have it worked out when the ranking launched, so they put in the card back instead. Shame.

Wasn't that originally the plan and then they changed to the 500 wins method? I guess there has to besomemotivation for botting, right?

Trying to do a post mortem, maybe it wasn't the RNG that made me quit, but the deck I was using. Is murlock basically not feasible anymore? I see other "face" decks posted and they have a decent amount of removal options. The murlock deck I was running had basically soulfire and that was it. I'll admit I may have constructed it wrong, played it wrong, even mulliganed it wrong.

The problem I consistently ran into was people picking off my murlocs as they were played, preventing me from establishing a cohesive, strong murloc horde that could protect itself. The warleaders were especially a problem. They rarely lasted the next turn.

The only Murloc deck I've seen get to legend this season is Murloc Hunter. There was a Reddit post about it. And that is if you believe the guy. Murlocs are basically not viable right now. Undertaker is Tidecaller++ and Deathrattles stay on the board even when you kill them, whereas Murlocs are just dead when you kill them.

As soon as you drop your first Murloc, your opponent knows what you are attempting to do. They realize that every Murloc has to die or things can spiral out of control really fast.

Yeah, that's why I leaned towards playing knife jugglers, flame imps, and void walkers first. Didn't seem to help much.

So much Murloc hate. I spent most of the season seeing if they were still viable and shit still works. Granted I tend to stop at rank 5, but the win rates I was getting were fairly solid. Here's the most solid one I had.

Firebat's Southsea Deckhand/Faceless Miracle deck was my favorite so far. I guess Forsen was using it first but that's the first time I've seen it used in a tournament. Even 3-0'd his opponent.
