Like I said, you need to read a few guides first and watch a couple games from top arena streamers first. Then, when you do go to Arena, follow IcyVeins as best you can. Also, when you do badly you have to remind yourself that packs cost 100 gold, whereas you just paid 50 gold more to experience new cards and get a little better. Even when you go 0-3, you often get 20-30 gold back, so your net loss is only ~20 gold. 20 gold is worth the experience imo. However, if you're not having fun drafting neat cards, cards that are new to you etc. then it might be a little different. However, 90% of us started like you, sucking at the beginning (and even the best of the best have really shitty runs now and then). Once you push thru a few shitty runs and start doing better, you break even really quickly and then if/when you go infinite (7+ wins gives you your full gold back, guaranteed), it's extremely satisfying and your collection grows very quickly. It only takes ~3 wins to break even. If you do enough runs and are reading the guides/watching streamers, it's literally only a short time before you're profiting from arena. But yeah I guess it depends on if you're willing to push thru it and how much fun you have regardless of the wins.I suck so hard at arena I'm not gonna bother wasting any more $$ on it until I know the game ALOT better. Jesus.
Voidcaller has really fucked me up a couple times in arena. I've had my opponent attack into me and get a Doomguard twice, which obviously then has charge (and no discard), which is obviously insane. Other times it's spawned an Infernal and that's been tough. Voidcaller also acts almost like a secret and forces your opponent to make awkward decisions and/or bad trades, or miss out on a good trade. In the past I would try to avoid killing a Voidcaller on my turn and making it so they had no way of killing it on their turn, hoping to force them to play a demon and reduce the value, but I've learned to always kill it on my turn if possible. It gives them less of a chance to draw into a demon and mitigates the insane charge on a Doomguard, while also giving you a chance to deal with what gets summoned. A Voidcaller attacking into you on turn 4 or 5 and summoning a Doomguard is catastrophic. My current arena run gave me new respect for voidcaller
Please tell me how hunters are fine? Oh wait you just got legend with hunter. You must have a small penis.LOL, you guys call for hunter nerfs every season, and then they nerf them, and it still is never enough...
There isn't one class in Hearthstone that has taken as many nerfs as the Hunter has.
Don't worry boys, expac is around the corner, and you can all start crying about rogues again.
That grimtotem card is pretty cool.I was bored last night. I made a shit ton of cards that interact with hero abilities (i.e. enhance them, change them, mess with your opponent's, give buffs to your minions when you use them, etc.). Was just bored, but now I wish they would add a bunch of cards that interacted with hero abilities like Shadowform and more.
Arent you the guy who said Reynads avenge would take you all the way to legend this month? Hows that working out for you buddyPlease tell me how hunters are fine? Oh wait you just got legend with hunter. You must have a small penis.
