Bah, I'm in the middle of an arena run.

And I wonder if they do award gvg packs, it only says they'll become available for purchase on the 8th, also it is saying the cards can now be found in "My collection" so can we craft them now then?

Me too, still no super rush for me anyway. I can craft a solid variety of decks (for now at least).

Since #GVG packs are not available yet, Arena runs today until GVG release award Classic packs.

Well I started an arena and after 2 wins into it I have yet to see a single GvG card. I was fooled!

Oh, and we do get that free arena run, seems its a pass so you can log in now to claim it and use it after the 8th.

Shrug, was about 1/3 of the picks - wasn't expecting them to be quite so prevalent. Seemed for every pick that didn't have one, there was another with 2 to make up for it.

The game client minimizes whenever I focus away from it.. kind of annoying. I like to do stuff on my other monitor while playing.

Weird, I've had games that do this, but hearthstone isn't one of them for me.

That's the biggest thing I was wondering, is there a second free pass or do we have to use this one before the eighth?

Shielded Minibot is pretty damn good in Arena. Drafted two of those, a Coghammer, and an Argent Protector. Divine Shield for days.

Well if the datamined info is accurate we do get a 2nd free pass once GvG officially launches, not sure how they stack up though. But the community manager said if you're in the middle of an arena run that won't be done by the 8th not to worry because you only have to log in to get your free arena.

well seems like the skill in arena is at an all-time low. At 3-0 currently. Seems like all 3 opponents so far just drafted every single GvG card they could because their decks were god-awful and they were rushing their turns like they couldn't wait to plop down the next new card. Such easy wins so far.

I managed my first board clear using explosive sheep. Enemy warrior had 6 minions out, I made them all 2 health then, as Druid, I Wrath'd my own sheep which I played from hand. Full clear np.

The fact he had 6 minions with 2-3 health on board by turn 5 though.. overextended much?

I actually didn't get presented with many GvG cards at all, but I got the mech yeti and 2x antique heal bots and a couple others. Otherwise I am mostly a ramp druid lol.
