Yeah that dude got some serious work done for Firebat too, he just finished a 12 win run.

I got stopped at 9 wins with my zero flamestrike mage deck, but I got 275 gold, a rare i was missing (fuck spending that 100 dust) and a legendary I didn't have (Illidan), so I count that run as a pretty wild success.

Tempted to buy into another run while all the morons are using up their free entries.

Mages as popular as ever in arena, met Mage, Mage, Mage, Shaman, Mage, Mage, Mage, Hunter. Ended up 5-3 with a Paladin. Only got 5 or 6 options for GvG cards, though Flying Machine + Blessing of Kings was fun even if it will rarely work.

ugh. As always happens whenever I re-draft right away after a good run, I get shitballs. Paladin with 0 consecrate 0 truesilver.

If you play well enough to get to 7+ wins (I don't), you should probably chain some arenas the next days and through the weekend until you run out of people drafting ALL the mechs.

My first ever double legendary arena. I can definitely confirm that Bolvar is every bit as awful as people thought he would be. Troggzor is pretty fun though.

Bolvar has a fucking awesome entry animation. A big golden lion head of Azeroth appears on top of his card and roars.

Just went 12-2 with the draft I thought was trash. Turns out mechwarper with a bunch of harvest golems and shielded minibots is pretty good.

120 cards makes for about 1/3 of the cards in HS. So.... adds up.

Also got a 6-3 and a 12-2 with the new cards. Arena hasn't been this fun in a long time.

I guess I can just save the free arena result to cash in for new cards after the launch too. Then hope you get a second free entry for logging in during launch.
