Aggro has huge advantages over Control. I think the biggest reason is that Aggro can set the tempo and if control ever falls behind, they're put in a really bad spot. Plus the attacker gets to decide the defenders so they're the ones that choose the most efficient trades. Unlike Magic The Gathering where the defender will always block the 10/10 behemoth with their 1/1 piddler.

On a different subject, I always want to ask Priest Players "what, actually, is your win condition or are you just relying on stealing good cards from me?" I played a Priest that Thoughstole, 2 Shadow Madness, Aucheani + Circle, 2 Light of the Naaru, and Sylvanus. All of that is super reactive stuff and does nothing to actually get you into a position to win games. That's why I hate playing against priests. They don't play to win. They play to not lose.

They play to troll you into conceding.

I ran into my first straight up bug today. Played an injured blademaster, it did it's four damage battlecry, then immediately returned to my hand as a damaged 4/3.

It's pretty much the same as any other control deck. Warrior slowly waits for a couple finishers. Druid waits for big finishers or a 2 card combo. Handlock waits for a few cards and a certain damage quota. Freeze mage waits for their class legendary. They are all very reactive decks. Same thing with control all through the history of MtG. Sounds salty to me.

Well, I think the main difference is that most control decks try to assume control of the board and then pound you out with a big finish. Most priest decks just aim to slowly grind you out through attrition, which they are well equipped to do.

Oh I beat him in the end. Not salty about that game. He had zero board presence other than Sylvanus at the end which was safely ignored. Just burst him down with Fireball + 2 Frost Bolts. Since he didn't actually play anything, I had plenty of burst for his face. He spent the whole game stealing my cards and reacting to my threats that he had zero for me to worry about. Like I said. He didn't play to win. He played to not lose. Just like most Priests do.

First 12 win warrior deck. Last card is a Sunwalker. Did not expect to win 12 with this one(no cheap weapons, bad curve).

4 Arcanite and 3 Korkron is no joke

I've had tons of 12 wins, but I only had my first 12-0 the other day as Shaman. Wasn't even that good a deck, was odd. I kind of wish I had screenshotted it.

Only ones I haven't 12'd with now are Rogue and Druid. So much harder than just rolling people with Mage/Paladin. Druid is way harder than it used to be just because you don't get 4 swipes half the time anymore.

Rogue is so easy, tempo so powerful. Druid sucks ass atm though. Druid you kind of have to draft heavy and pray you can win late game.

I don't think I've won a single game against a handlock this season. I haven't run into TOO many, but every time I do I might as well concede. Are they more prominent in the lower ranks? Or do other popular decks counter them pretty well?

Pally has the tools to handle them. Also ze fast hunter decks can pull it off. Control warrior of you don't suck.

Still quite a few bugs in this game. Today I've run into 2. I logged on after not playing for 3 days and I had a clear quest log before I logged on, I saw the 3 quests pop up, one of them being Total Dominance (100g) and then I go to quest log to see the specifics of the other 2, and the Total Dominance quest is gone completely and I only have 2 quests. Then my graphics card driver crashed just as I entered a game, as it often does because Nvidia and Realtek can't seem to get their shit together, and when it finally recovered, the game was stuck on my opening hand page, couldn't mulligan or hit enter or anything. So I had to close the game and reconnect, losing my mulligan chance and my first turn. Shit is annoying.

Mind spec'ing me for a few arena runs Morrow? I can't get anything over 7 wins... dunno where i'm going wrong.
Sorry, been away for the weekend, but yeah sure. I'll PM you.

Handlock has a hard time dealing with zoo and fast hunter. I get my AWs out ASAP and hope to get moltens and a healbot.

Freeze mage has to cause epic levels of salt for people. Twice in a row I got "well played" on round ~8 when they have an army out, 30 health and me around 20 and no board of course and I'm still like 80% to win because of the win conditions in my hand or will be there after I get out archmage or alex. And the lol zoo players who just keep tapping away.

Control Warrior is just fun against Freeze Mage though! Your wombo combo isn't going to do much more than tickle, assuming you even live that long.

After being 1 star away from 7 about 4 days ago I slowly slid back down to rank 10, said eff this and started playing face hunter, back up to rank 7 in an hour. Good ol' face hunter, never lets you down.

I'm Rank 7, bordering Rank 6, right now and I've played a Rank 5, a Rank 4 and even a Rank 3. I've also played a couple of Rank 11's. The match making is really weird this season because I've never played people who are so far off of my rank at this point in the season.

The assumption would be that less people are playing ranked, so the match making system has to search with a wider net to find opponents.

The next major update needs to be a balance patch along with "give me a reason to play this fucking game" content upgrade.
