I honestly don't care what sort of cosmetic nickel and diming they add as long as the actual card content they produce doesn't suffer because they're dedicating resources to stupid bullshit.

Just got confirmation the new heroes do not start golden, if you do not have 500 wins for that class they will have a wood border. You do not need to get 500 wins for each portrait just 500 wins for the class.

So no more crying about buying gold portraits.

Damn, now I will probably at least buy them for my golden heroes.

I already have golden hunter, rogue, and shaman, and I'm ~60 wins from golden warrior. I aint spending 40 bucks on cosmetic portraits!

5 games this arena run so far with 3 legendaries played against me. This is reminding me real quick why I haven't played much Arena since March. Lots of things causing me Blizzard angst. Time to step away a while and do something else with my time. But will I go so far as Bisi and uninstall... the magic eightball says doubtful.

If you were going to pull a Bisi, you would rage-uninstall, spend the next 2-3 days talking about having uninstalled, then reinstall on the sly and start playing again.

I don't mind the $10 hero stuff. It doesn't even surprise me. They'll make fucking bank from it to, and it costs them basically nothing. I was really hoping for alternate hero powers with alternate champions though.

I also thought there would be alternate hero powers. Was very surprised to see $10 for a simple portrait change. I'm a person that's bought quite a few LoL skins but they are commonly $7.50 or cheaper (the legends/ults are $15-$20). It's still wasteful but you do get quite a bit more with a complete 3D model at least. Just changing some portrait art is weak.
