Card draw for druids just went up in value a bit.
And it's not useless after T4/etc if you've got methods to draw on the table (i.e. the 1/3 draw on damage guy), play it, get a few cards drawn from board state shift afterwards drop whatever expensive crap you drew.
Definitely a weird card... reminds me of Lion's Eye Diamond in MTG - I was never a fan of the mechanic of "more mana, lose your hand" but it did have it's place in MTG, I can't imagine it can't find one here. Just how people will find to mitigate it.
