Works for me. I'm really big on collecting golden cards. I even keep golden spells and DE extra commons if I have the golden version. I have a fucking golden Cho that I won't dust because shiny!

Yes, its just what the game needed. Does anyone at Blizzard even play this shit?
The funny thing is, even the casual new players they seem to think they are marketing to by making the game more and more random don't even like all the RNG. My girlfriend started playing about 6 weeks ago and she often plays on her tiny iPhone during lunch breaks at work and such. And even for her it only took about 2 weeks of playing for her to notice and hate all the RNG and to already start rage quitting games from time to time and leaving feeling annoyed. Does anyone ever log off of Hearthstone feeling satisfied, or do we all log off with a rage quit? I would say 85% of players log off with a rage quit about 2/3rds of the time. Last night was a miracle for me going back to back 12 in arena and I logged off feeling awesome, but I can't remember the last time that happened. Usually something ultra RNG happens one too many times and I click the X button on my windowed HS. Ahh well, it's pointless to even discuss or argue over now, it's what the game is. God help us all. (how the fuck did this game become such a big esport, wow!).

The constructed stuff is pretty cool, but it seems to be aimed at the hardcore players in the top ranks. A golden common and 20 dust once a month won't help new players build their collection. Shoulda been packs or something for lower ranks and golden cards under rank 10.

Injured Kvaldir is a decent Hungry Dragon nerf.

Long past due honestly. Would love more golden cards and it's nice there's at least an incentive for ranking now besides grinding gold portraits.

I very rarely log off being pissed off. It usually happens when I lose to some patron warrior bs or I go 11-3 in arena. Someday 12 wins. Someday.

Dat tusker jouster, almost a healbot with 5/5 stats, yes please.

And super excited about the rewards.

How many times have you gone 11 wins? For me it's always if I get past 10, I usually get 12. Getting past 10 is the really hard part. 11 is a pretty big accomplishment though, so don't feel too bad. The difference between 11 and 12 wins as far as rewards go is only about 45-55 gold.

With a huge chance to whiff and heal for nothing. So it may as well say that it heals for 3 or 4. I don't like it. Bleh. Imagine how mad you'd be if you built your entire deck to have high casting costs and you lose 2 jousts in a row? Ugh, I can feel it already. They should have made Joust like Combo. It does half of its effect regardless, and it does its full effect if you win the stupid Joust.

Pretty sad that Shamans still get screwed with Ancestral Knowledge. I don't understand why Blizzard doesn't get why Overload is sooooo bad. Shamans have to not only pay more than every other class for their shit, but they have to ruin their next turn as well in the process. There has been so many times where I would have (95%) easily preferred to pay the full casting cost of a spell than to screw up my next turn. Overload should have been something that you can do if you need to, but don't have to if you have the mana. The sad thing is, Shamans will still play that shit and pay 1 more mana than Mages and have the least efficient draw card, because that's how bad they are and that's how bad their draw options are.

Burgle is interesting. At first glance I thought it was bad, but considering how much Thoughtsteal sees play and the fact that Burgle guarantees you a chance at better cards i.e. class cards, it seems pretty cool. Although Thoughtsteal does guarantee playable cards, since your opponent chose to put them in their deck. Whereas Burgle can give you unplayable class cards since it doesn't rely on your opponent's deck. Sense Demons and Succubus, woot woot! So I guess meh.

Bolster looks cool. Seems like playing against Warriors is going to be worse than playing against Priests the way it's headed.

The Paladin legendary is disappointing. 7 mana for a 3/7 means you have to be very far behind for it to be worthwhile, and I'm not sure it'll be enough to save you the game.

I like the new reward in ladder based on your highest rank for a season. Nice incentive to try and rank higher.

The joust concept is "ok". It's only super-RNG if you are Control vs Control. If you are against aggro your odds are much improved obviously.

The Gadgetzan Jouster is a nice card for control decks. Basically a Zombie Cho with no drawback. Very nice anti-aggro card.

Master Jouster isn't good enough for most decks. It's probably better to take Sunwalker for the 100% Taunt/DS. However, MAYBE this card will see play in a Druid deck since SOME Druids have been running Sunwalkers (Kel'Thuzad Deck).

Eadric the Pure is interesting. Weak stats but an AoE "Follow the Rules". Put this in a Healadin deck to stall out enemy board with 7 1-attack minions? Could be fun.

I'm not sure about Armored Warhorse. Charge is infinitely powerful in this game but this card is rather bad. I guess you could load up on crazy big Charge minions: Leeroy, 2x Warhorse, 2x Rocketeer.... 26 damage from 5 cards, obviously can't 1-turn them, but if Leeroy is rarely seeing play I can't imagine why this Warhorse card would, especially since it needs a big minion deck.

Tuskarr Jouster competes with Belcher / Quartermaster / Loatheb... could see play in a Healadin deck perhaps.

Gormok the Impaler seems like another Zoo card. Or just any Warlock deck running Implosion & Imp Gang Boss

Shaman card is good. You will use it later when Shaman run out of steam. Like at 7+ Mana so you can still play a 1-5 drop you might draw. It's not bad. Shaman really needed card draw. It's one of their biggest problems.

Injured Kvaldir is actually pretty cool. Turn 2 Rampage on that guy would be sick. 5/4 on turn 2. Or Kvaldir + Coin Northshire. Also Light of the Naaru if PW:S. Has some potential for Shamans as well... maybe.

And I actually think Bolster is OP on further contemplation. It's already not "awful" if you just use it on 1 minion. Using it on 2 is really strong and using it on 3 or more is just out of control. Haha Hobgoblin Bolster Warrior might become a thing. You have Unstable Ghoul, Annoy-o-Tron, Goldshire Footman, Gnomeregan Infantry and Silverback Patriarch (also Mogushan Warlord). The last 4 are obviously awful on their own, but are great with either Hobgoblin OR Bolster, yet alone both! That's 6 minions that benefit from both Bolster and Hobgob, and let's not forget Sunfury Protector giving you more targets for Bolster. I think it'll definitely become a thing, mark my words. If not a Hobgob Bolster Warrior, definitely a Bolster/Sunfury deck.

Hobgoblin -> Annoy-O-Tron -> Unstable Ghoul -> Goldshire Footman -> Bolster.

You now have a 2/3, a 5/7 Taunt/Divine Shield, a 5/8 Taunt and a 5/6 taunt in a single turn. Obviously that is late game and requires 5 cards, but look at Warrior can already do in terms of setting up combos and stalling/drawing until they are ready. And it's not like you need to do the above insane combo to make it worthwhile. You could have a left over Slime from Belcher and maybe a Hobgob and merely drop another 1 or 2 taunts and Bolster and you are good to go. The thing about it is is all of these minions are really strong with EITHER of Bolster or Hobgob, which lends to a huge amount of consistency and durability, combining them is just insane. Even a left over Slime from Belcher + another taunt or two and Bolster alone is really strong. And don't even get me started on if they don't nerf Warsong Commander, sheesh that is some crazy shenanigans. Sunfury'd Patrons lol.

Have they actually specifically said that the golden cards you get this way can be disenchanted ?

Only started to play Hearthstone casually recently and need a bunch of friends to spectate/practice against. Went through the thread and added a few of you guys. Please be gentle...

Can we get an updated ID list of people who regularly plays?

Hadn't read this before I logged in this morning, didn't recognize the name so I declined the invite but sent another to you.

Honestly excited to see if the new injured 1 drop will be played instead of chow or if they will be played together in priest.

There's no way they're not. The only non-disenchantable cards are the ones earned through leveling up classes, and your starting crap. Everything else has been free game. No reason to expect this to be any different from arena rewards.

Joust seems to shit all over aggro which is fine by me but just makes every control v control game to be all about that rng which is um not exactly what this game needs.

I'm not sure Joust shits all over aggro. I think if you build a deck expecting to use the joust mechanic you might be dead before you get to take advantage of it.
