Happens every time. I'd recommend sticking with one deck. Inevitably if you try changing decks you'll queue into that decks counter. Stick with one deck so you learn the ins and outs of it against all match ups, then you may even be able to win some match ups you're not favored in just because you're so familiar with the card interactions.
It happens to everyone, I've lost like 20 in a row in the past and losing ~10 in a row isn't too uncommon. It sucks, but thats rngstone for you, just gotta remind yourself that and it happens to everyone, even legendary players.

I had the exact same thing happen last night, lost 5 ranks before things started to get better and gain 3 ranks. Still 2 ranks lower for all my efforts.

During the lost streaks, it was like everyone was drawing perfect curve with answer to everything I did...or I was just drawing shit.

It was so frustrating.

I agree. I think of it like being stuck in traffic on a multi-lane highway. Remember Office Space? Don't try to change lanes every 2 minutes, that just fucks you up. Pick a lane and stick with it.

Decided to push for legend so I've been using my Anyfin, Reno, Secret Aggro (I hate myself), Paladin decks. In order to get past Entomb Priest glut. Facerape Shaman and Secret Aggro seems to be the best. Never really played Secret before this. But god damn is that stupid ass deck and at the same time highly effective for how retarded it is. Get some shit on the board. Drop challenger as soon as it is possible. Win. Currently at rank 7.

I didn't play for awhile when it was only Secretadins on the ladder. So I missed that AIDS.

Things are going pretty well with the miracle rogue *knocks on wood*. It matches up very well against priest if you're sick of seeing priest. I can't think of any really bad matchups I've been having, freeze mage is probably the worst, but I haven't run into too many of them, pretty sure I'm 1-2 in that matchup. I don't think I'm favored against paladin, but its a pretty close matchup, probably around 45/55.

It takes some getting used to, last week I started at rank 8 with it, went back to almost 11 and now I'm 5. You have to play very fast on gadgetzan turns. Gavinmad was spectating me one game where I had a dream gadgetzan turn(I drew at least 8 cards), I thought I was playing pretty fast(literally I only took about 15s to decide what to do after the 2nd prep, the rest of the time was all animations), and I still ran out of time. I went on to lose that game and I'm pretty confident had I been able to complete the turn I ran out of time I would have won that game too.

Healbot has been mvp since I swapped him into the deck. I know for certain he has saved me in several games and who knows how many others where I played him earlier.

It isn't even that it is so much better than Siphon but that it just fits near perfectly in the Priest's toolbox. If you gave it to 'locks they'd likely run it instead of SS but not in addition to it I imagine.

The fact that it doesn't cause deathrattles alone makes it much much better.

It's not due for a nerf and it's knock going to wreck the meta or anything but the card is unbalanced good to the extent it will be auto include on every priest deck for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, the top streamer decks using it seem to build around not having huge threat cards at all and just take whatever their opponent plays. But I've seen plenty that also include some big drops like Sylvanas or Boom and still run 2x Entomb.

I don't think its OP, but it makes it extremely hard to play your key cards as Controladin or Hand/RenoLock. You must play with the assumption that it will get taken (if it didn't aleady with thoughtsteal) and hope for the best. IDK, I just dislike playing against it. That is why it is satisfying to facerape them with Shaman.

I had a Dark Peddler yesterday where my best choices were Dragon Egg and that shit card that becomes a 6/6 if you have 6 minions already on the board.

My Entomb Priest's highest cost minion is Sylvanas. Museum Curator usually gives me something good though.

It's not about taking what your opponent plays, it's about having the early game to manage aggro while still having the tools you need to win in the long game. I suspect the majority of smart priest players will stick with a single entomb, because the card is slow as balls despite how powerful it is. I run one entomb and zero thoughtsteals in my elise list and 1 entomb in my dragon list.

I played against a mech mage yesterday who discovered the gorilla bot 3 times when he played it. Gorilla bot every turn. He still lost.

^ Oh yeah, I'm 0-2 against anyfin w/ miracle rogue since its another deck less reliant on board state and drawing into your combo kinda like freeze mage. First game paladin had a great draw and I was just on my back foot removing until he drew both anyfins. 2nd game I had like 5 draws to draw into lethal or loatheb and got neither, so just unfortunate there, had 3 cards that gave lethal or loatheb in the bottom 8.

Seems like Secret Paladins are back in force on the ladder. I've seen more today than probably the entire past week combined.
