Yeah I bought Rexxar but haven't actually played him. I was waiting for his controls to get reworked a bit so I didn't get used to the old style then had to relearn the new control style.

I played him up to 7, he's a blast and surprisingly effective if you are aware with him and watch your positioning. I think he is going to be a premier off tank/bruiser now with the changes, having a couple viable builds is really nice and with the movement changes both heroics are good now as well. Big choice is to go for wave clear or to be a stun machine (I almost always take lane clear fwiw) but he is top tier for mercing regardless.
Yeah I think Rexxar will fill somewhat that Muradin role when he was played at RtB EU. He is tanky and provides great amounts of control. Possibly on merc heavy maps he may be favored.

Oh well I guess I'll preorder or something, I was planning on buying it but didn't feel like preordering because I didn't know if I would have time to play when it released, but guess having another hots hero to do daillies with wouldn't be too bad.
Hesitating to spend real money to buy medic so I don't have to wait a week either. I thought Riot had mastered the cancer F2P hero stuff with non stop high IP heroes and shit, but Blizzard topped them with that "50% more expensive the first week" stuff. Will probably just wait though as I have a bunch of other stuff to do atm.
I'm loving Sonya after her bug fix, not having to weave slams is so nice and the additional burst is crazy.
Having played a few games being healed by a medic I was on comms with and a few where I didn't know the person, I think the lack of a healing ult is a huge deal, and most people suck at talenting to account for the fragility of the medic. Trauma Trigger at level one is mandatory.
Lol watching this game on Khaldor's stream and this Stitches + Falstad combo is nuts. Stitches hooks, Gorges, Falstad uses Mighty Gust to get the entire team away and they blow up the person eaten.
Probably looks really cool, but that seems like a lot of effort (2 ults) for one kill. I guess it's more flexible than hiding behind a wall to secure the kill though.
Its basically a more reliable version of what was popular in RtB EU of Butcher post + Mighty Gust
